- To comply with legal obligations — responding to lawful requests from government authorities, enforcing our Terms of Service, or protecting the rights and safety of our users
We do not use your personal information for automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects on you without human review.
Email Communications
Transactional Emails
When you submit your information through our platform, we may send you transactional emails related to that action — confirming your submission, delivering requested information, or providing information about next steps. These emails are related to the service you requested and will be sent regardless of marketing preference.
Marketing Emails
If you subscribe to Vital Intel or check the email opt-in box on any Vital Health Careers form, you consent to receive periodic email communications including career content, healthcare industry insights, program announcements, and information about our partners. We send these via our email service provider, Klaviyo.
How to Unsubscribe
Every marketing email we send includes a clear and functional unsubscribe link in the footer, as required by the CAN-SPAM Act. You may also unsubscribe by emailing nate@vitalhealthcareers.com with “Unsubscribe” in the subject line. We process unsubscribe requests within 10 business days.
CAN-SPAM Compliance
We comply with the CAN-SPAM Act. Our commercial emails accurately identify the sender (Trade Roles LLC d/b/a Vital Health Careers), include our physical mailing address, and never use deceptive subject lines or misleading “From” addresses.

Vital Health Careers is a program-matching platform. Our core function is connecting career seekers with accredited healthcare training programs. When you submit your information through our Get Matched form, you may be contacted by accredited schools in your area that offer programs matching your stated career interest.
We share your name, email address, phone number, location, and career interest with partner schools for this purpose. We only work with accredited healthcare training programs. We do not sell your data to unaffiliated third-party marketers, data brokers, or advertising networks.
If you do not wish to be contacted by school partners, do not submit your phone number through our platform, or contact us at nate@vitalhealthcareers.com to request that your information not be shared with school partners.
Legal Disclosures
We may disclose your personal information if required to do so by law, subpoena, or other legal process, or if we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of Trade Roles LLC, our users, or the public.
Business Transfers
If Trade Roles LLC is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you via email or a prominent notice on this site if such a transfer occurs and your data is subject to a materially different privacy policy.
